Important Notes: All bookings require a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $1 million liability, to be provided at the time of contract signing. Standard set-up fees are charged for each event, depending on the amount of work required. A draft itinerary is required at the time of booking, while the final attendance count is required one week prior to booking. No alcohol is permitted on the premises. Any deviation may result in the cancellation of the scheduled event, at the sole discretion of ESCNJ.
